When I came to this place I was so lost and they helped me find myself again. I am glad because I am happy and my kids are too that they got their mother back, so I want to thank everyone on this road to recovery. I have been going here for about a year now. The staff is very professional and seems to really care about their patients and helping them move to the next level in life. Special props go to Amber R. Because she goes out of her way to ensure we never lose our purpose and goals. She actually supports us to stay on that positive plan. Amber is one of those workers that works like crazy but gives it all to help those in need. Overall total recommendation

I have been busy with working at a healthcare center, dealing with state surveyors for the past two weeks and have not been able to call to schedule an appointment. I call today and was talked to with no respect. The lady was just ignorant. I have been going here for 6 months now. Have never dealt with that type of disrespect. I WOULD have called earlier, BUT like I said I have state surveyors here at my job, and don’t get off till after they closed. Maybe start listening to your patients instead of jumping down their throats and being ignorant before they can say anything! Will be making my next visit the last visit!

Me and my fiancé started out in the Cumberland office then we moved to Hagerstown so now we see Dr Cannon at the Hagerstown office and we love it here…Dr cannon is an amazing doctor. She keeps in touch with me regarding my heart issues and is ALWAYS here if we ever need anything!. She truly is an amazing person all around

Was going to this place and it was ok well dr. Cannon just tried to tell me that since I’m not vaccinated with the COVID vaccine I’m the problem and tried to push a vaccine on me that I don’t want I’ll be finding another mat doc ASAP unprofessional ur a mat doctor not a vaccination specialist do ur job leave ppls rights to chose alone …. If ur going here find another doc they are a dime a dozen!!!!

I am absolutely in love with the staff at the Hagerstown office. They have became like family to me. This place has saved my life and I would recommend them to everyone. If you're serious about getting sober this is the place you go to get the care you need and they will be with you for ever step of the way. Bambi is such an amazing piece to the puzzle, it wouldn't be the same without her. 😃
