When I came to this place I was so lost and they helped me find myself again. I am glad because I am happy and my kids are too that they got their mother back, so I want to thank everyone on this road to recovery. I have been going here for about a year now. The staff is very professional and seems to really care about their patients and helping them move to the next level in life. Special props go to Amber R. Because she goes out of her way to ensure we never lose our purpose and goals. She actually supports us to stay on that positive plan. Amber is one of those workers that works like crazy but gives it all to help those in need. Overall total recommendation

This is a really fast and have you in and out the docs have you in and then have you out in a matter of time the appointment times is actually on time and it's great they do there job and does it good

My experience at the Catonsville location was HORRIFYING. I showed up to my appointment to no one in the building (scheduling error on their end) rescheduled to the following Tuesday, again, NO CALL NO SHOW. The staff is extremely unprofessional and lacks knowledge when it comes to what the other is doing (scheduling appointments, finding appointments in their system, notes on each client). As a new client, it left a horrible taste in my mouth and I was extremely anxious. As a company for mental health and addiction services I had more anxiety leaving this location than when I arrived as well as a huge trigger for someone in recovery. No one wants to do their job and they hand it off to the next person. COMPLETELY a waste of time.

The staff from the receptionist (Renee & Deira)to the office manager(Tyrone) all the way to the Doctor(Dr.C) are discerning and ultimately professional. I have been seen by the doctor for 5 yrs and the staff will offer anything to help running these processes for the best of the patients. I would recommend this practice to anyone who would use the services offered. Jeff
