My sister was at this facility and I can’t say enough glowing things about the staff and the facility. The receptionist was amazing making sure temperatures were taken and testing was done and masks and shields were given out…staff was also in the lobby doing the COVID test…I was so happy the precautions they continue to take to keep their residents safe. Physical therapy department went above and beyond, I cannot say enough about their professionalism and dedication to their residents. The staff from the med tech, CNA’s, aids, and housekeeping are AMAZING! Thank you all for making my sister’s stay such a productive and pleasant experience. Thank you for making my visits pleasant. Keep doing what you are doing you are Turning negative to positive everyday.

I have a 91 year old Aunt in Palm Garden. Has been there for 10 months. I handle all her business from 700 miles away. If you ever had a bad or poor experience with a NH, you would realize how special Palm Garden is to their residents. Are they perfect? No. But is anyone or anything? No!! I planned a little outdoor birthday party for Aunt Mona's 91st birthday. The staff went out of their way to make it perfect. Furnished drinks, birthday plates and napkins, set up chairs and decorated the gazebo. And, 15 of the personnel came out and sang Happy Birthday to her. How special is that? Thanks again.

NEGLIGENT! I wouldn’t leave my pet rock in their care because they would probably break that too. My grandma wasn’t there 12 hours before she suffered a broken leg. She has a tendency of climbing out of the bed to use the bathroom and they were informed of that multiple times when she arrived. They treated it with Tylenol and the promise of a mobile X-ray which was not performed. Well 48 hours later we had to have her taken to the ER for a diagnosis and some pain relief. After returning to the facility she still wasn’t given meds to relieve her pain. Salt in the wound is they added cushioned mats next to her bed a few hours before she left the facility. She was only there 3 days, but so much damage was done. Anyone that knows about a hip or leg break in the elderly understands it will significantly shorten someone’s life especially if there is minimal effort made to control pain. It’s apparent to me that the employees don’t have a conscience.

My dad was transferred to Palm Garden of Pinellas during a very difficult time for us. The staff was friendly, helpful, empathetic and quick to respond to any of our needs. I especially want to thank and commend several staff members for their good care and great customer service. Peggy and Deb were instrumental in getting dad admitted and in getting him settled quickly and comfortably. Deb was so very helpful with directions for driving to and from the facility. Thanks Peggy and Deb! Carol A. was so helpful with dad's medications and orders and Gisele was incredibly kind and understanding about our situation. I treasure her great nursing skill and her ability to set us both at ease. Everyone was excellent!
