Karen5 StarThis is a rough one to rate because it is so personal. PAL isn't AA or NA, it's for those who have a loved one affected with substance abuse, whether it be alcohol or drugs. We found PAL 8 years ago and they saved my sanity. You are blessed if you don't have the need for PAL but you are more blessed to have them because you are.
