Terrible place - aides &nurses refused to help with orthopedic sling when it came off. Often took multiple hours for them to respond to call button. With the sling One morning I called my boyfriend and he arrived and fixed the sling long before they found someone to put it on correctly.

Several of the reviews here are fraudulent. The following reviewers are actually stakeholders, owners, or managing partners of this facility: Yocheved Brown, Yaakov Chapler, Avromi Brown. Confirming other reviews that personal items disappear. Brought two priceless, sentimental books signed by friends that have died, they disappeared. Staff replaced them with two random books. Some of the on-site staff are ok, but management is remote, and generally unreachable. Evidence pending of Guardianship/Conservatorship abuse. Antipsychotic medication abuse. Social media is misleading, and attempts to cover up previous legal actions against facility, and the corporation that owns it.
