Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! My 9 year old daughter got moved to over the phone counseling in which she cannot do due to the circumstances of her trauma. Park Center didn’t tell me until 2 weeks later and just a couple hours before her initial appointment. Staff was very rude and didn’t seem to care about the severity of what my daughter went through as to why she had to have counseling. I Trusted Park Center .. My daughter Trusted Park Center and then she gets treated like cattle with a number and it is so so so heartbreaking!!!
