Robert Matson2 StarI am a former employee so this review may be slightly tainted. That being said, there are a few things a prospective client should be made aware of. The website describes luxury accommodations which simply is not true. The houses are in good neighborhoods but as an example, there were six clients crammed into the master bedroom, sharing one bathroom. There were 13 men total. The house had a pool but was was not fit to swim in. At one point the health department came out to spray the water with insecticide to discourage mosquito eggs from hatching. There were no chairs for the dining room table. Rule breaking clients experienced little to no consequences. The staff at the therapy center seemed under qualified. To my knowledge, none or few of them actually had a therapist degree. Many of the therapy groups were administered by a house manager. The qualifications for a house manager are simply 6 months sober with no training necessary. I gave Pathfinders two stars because someone who really wants to get clean and sober can achieve that in this marginally effective treatment model.Friday 10th December 2021

We appreciate the support given to our son, and to our entire family in his recovery process. Anyone who has had an adult child battle addiction knows that recovery is often a long process with multiple stays in recovery.
