I had an appointment scheduled for over a week just to get there, pay for it and then learn that the person i was supposed meet had another meeting and wouldn’t be available. I have very little positive things to say about the place, and i hope other locations are not similar for the sake of people’s mental health.

Liked my therapist. Hated the facility so much I stopped going. Called multiple time over a week and a half trying to speak with my therapist. No call backs, nothing. Told them it was important that I was out of medication now since no one will give her.my calls and they tell me there's nothing they can do about it. Absolutely terrible workers. I wouldn't go back if I was paid

Staff is rude. Forced to deal with them and hate it! Constant misplaced appointments and rescheduling for some excuse from their employees. Had to deal with upper management over it just to get that straightened out but this place has not done a thing to impress me since and claiming to be the preferred provider really just erks me when I’d prefer to go elsewhere.....
