I usually don't write reviews at all, but the amount of frustration I've dealt with at this place doesn't compare to anywhere else. Don't bother coming here just find a different practice. Customer service staff are very friendly and nice but that might be the only possible positive thing I could say about my experience here.

When contacting the clinic for a concern I had due to the care my child had received. A Ms. Glass returned my call I do believe. She instantly had her defense up and was very rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I as well am a supervisor and take care of patient complaints and never would I ever treat anyone the way she did it, it takes alot for me to get upset or cry and she succeeded. She was no help I have sat on this for awhile thinking maybe I was wrong but hell no when it comes to my child I will not back down I am his only advocate. Would highly recommending this be your last resort.

Screw up my kids medicine over and over. Screw up appointment times and more. If there was another provider of care for behavioral health anywhere closer than Topeka, Wichita or Kansas City, we would switch.

They can get very booked I'm finding it hard to reschedule but they are very kind and helpful when you're in a crisis. They won't turn you away. Someone will be with you without a doubt if you need emergency help.

The person subscribing me my medication asked me how I was. I said very anxious. She told me not to be.... I was there for anxiety medication... ??????????? Then there was the time I was told I was a raging alcoholic because I drank a beer every now and then and needed to go to a rehabilitation program. Best place to go if you want to hate yourself and humanity more!!
