I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars but I can’t. Their Crisis Unit is a place to be ignored, bored unless you just desperately need to catch up on tv shows. It’s impossible to get a good nights sleep. The staff are extremely condescending and honestly just make your situation worse/ mental health worse. As far as the main office forget seeing your med provider and don’t get too comfortable with your therapist because you will probably just get pushed onto another one soon. This place is a disgrace!!!!!!!

This place has received record funding from the state has record patients that have insurance so they're getting paid by that and they're still complaining about budget issues for Pawnee Mental Health.

Total nightmare. And after everything they put me through they are denying me my records. Do NOT go here for help. You’ll only get hurt more. After as much as Pawnee was looking out for me it’s funny how 6 months later I haven’t heard a word from them except bills. Total joke.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. I moved here from Mississippi and I was scheduled to see a counselor every week. I had never meet with a pychatrist after being with them a month. And the first appointment for medications was scheduled over three weeks out. They advised me that my records were not transferred from Mississippi when my appointment time did come. The Main Nurse told me she couldn't help me and I left there crying. Less than ten minutes later the nurse calls back and say she is sorry that they did send the records. I have never been back since. I am very pleased with my new pychatrist Felix Martinez-Mercado..
