Paulo Hernandez1 StarDo not go here. I completed the program and they assured me that the proper authorities would be informed. They even said I would get a copy of the certificate of completion. Well I never got it but didn’t stress because I trusted they did their part. I did call once and left a voicemail but no response. 9 months later I go the DMV to reinstate my license and they have no proof. I had to reschedule for a month later to get my license back and now I’ll have this interlock in my vehicle for a whole month without being able to drive. When I called for proof the receptionist had no clue what I was talking about and could not get a message to my counselor that I had when I went there. They called back and said that proof would me mailed to me and sent to the DMV but one it’s too late and two I no longer trust them and doubt anything was actually sent.Thursday 27th August 2020
