You get what you pay for, which is nothing. We've been going here close to 2 years and it's just constant problems with the front staff. They mess up his appointments. The doctors and the staff have messed up getting meds we need. There are a couple nice people but the rest do not care about you or your needs. Especially the secretary people. If you even get slightly annoyed that they are rescheduling your appointment for a third time or have called they will get nasty and rude. Do not recommend. I have finally had enough and decided the convenience of them being close is not worth it.

THESE PEOPLE SUCK!!!!... A CLOSE RELATIVE OF MINES WAS SCHEDULED TO GO HERE. SHE HAD A APPOINTMENT AND AFTER WAITING FOR A ENTIRE HOUR THEY PROCEED TO TELL HER .. THEY CANT SEE HER BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO MANY PPL. SO THEY RESCHEDULED HER APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY. THEY YOLD HER BE THERE AT 7:30. SHR ARRIVED ON TIME. AND WHEN SHE GOT THERE. NO ONE WAS EVEN THERE!!! THE DOORS WAS LOCKED AND THE BUILDING WAS CLOSED. SO WHEN SHE FINALLY DID GET INSIDE. SHR WAITED A HOUR AND A HALF.. JUST FOR THEM TO TELL HER ONCE AGAIN THEY CANT SEE HER BECAUSE OF TO MANY PPL.. THESE PPL ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE DEAL WITH THESE PPL.. THEY DONT TREAT THERE PATIENTS LIKE PATIENTS!!! CLOSE THIS BUISINESS AND KEEP THE ONE IN WARNER ROBINS ONLY. PATHETIC!!!!!

One word dreadful staff was nice but you can lay in your bed, walking around inside talking to other people, or walking in a square outside. Oh and no smoking.

A waste of time they always giving new therapies and case managers a every 4 to 6 months the Phoenix center is a piss poor excuse for mental health
