Came through Phoenix House 5 years ago and I'm still sober today. The staff was great. Therapists and Counselors seem to really care. Would recommend PH to anyone looking to start their recovery journey.

First of all....setting up an appointment here was an absolute nightmare! I called over 7 times! So I finally had to take off of work in order to make an appointment in person at the front desk. While I was making my appointment I asked the heavy set dark hair male if he had any patients that held a medical marijuana card and he assured me they did and it was no problem. After waiting a week to be seen by anyone I find out they do not treat anyone that holds a medical card. So now I get to violate probation and do six months at least in cnty jail. Before I left I asked the guy who told me more then once to my face why he said they except med cards and he strait up lied and said he never said such a thing. Wear a go pro at all times people!!! This place is not legit and will wasted your time. And strait up bold face lie in your face!!!!! Thanks a lot For such wonderful service.....NOT!!! Go some place else people..this place sucks.
