Quinn West5 StarA GEM OF A PLACE! I struggled w VERTIGO for TWO MONTHS and Susan and Jackie listened and helped and FIXED my problem. After one visit w Susan the PT, I was feeling A LOT better, like maybe I could get my life back to normal. After LISTENING to ALL of my symptoms, Susan realized I had been misdiagnosed. I feel like I could cry writing this because of how much she helped me. A great, small, friendly office. They also were able to see me IMMEDIATELY after hearing how desperate I was, other physical therapy offices in the area had me booked two weeks out. christine ensminger5 StarWhen I walked in the door I was in so much pain. I truly felt like I would never get mobility back. Sue has just the right amount of compassion and “tough love”. She really wants you to not only recover, but to succeed, and get back to living a full life.
Jackie and Sue are a well oiled team. Super supportive and on top of medical questions, dealing with insurance and everything in between. I hope the Phoenix organization is aware of the gem they have in this small operation sandwiched between a restaurant and muffin shop.
I am very grateful I found them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.Tuesday 13th April 2021

Outstanding all the way around from the all-important professional/medical PT services to the administrative support...and I must add the personal, customized attention is invaluable. You are definitely not a “number” at the Phoenixville branch thanks to the high-caliber capabilities and therapeutic expertise of Sue Kammerle. In addition, Jackie O’Hara delivers excellent front office service. The overall atmosphere is a positive environment where natural camaraderie among patients provides incentive and motivation for healing both the body and the spirit harmed by injury. I can speak from experience—I injured my arm 2 years ago and my leg recently. The PT service level is better than ever.Monday 1st March 2021

Heather Thames5 Stari have recently completed PT for a total knee replacement. Quite a difference from initial eval at + 3 days post op to now..!. this was mainly due to the diligence and persistence of the ladies at Phoenixville PT - Sue and Jackie. They were consistently friendly, knowledgeable and had a knack for getting the best out of all their patients. This unique combination of drive,, knowledge and kibitzing really leads to the best outcomes for their patients. I can absolutely recommend them for the highest standards in the Physical Therapy - (i had both ACLs reconstructed and went through quite a bit of therapy for them, and this was far superior!)Wednesday 30th December 2020
