My time at Phoenix Physical Therapy was delightful. On my first day there, Doug (physical therapist) was so welcoming and informative. In fact, the entire staff was very friendly and polite and always knew how to make you laugh. Ru, an assistant physical therapist who worked with me every session, gave me tons of tips and resources that I could utilize back home and when I returned to the gym. More than that, I genuinely enjoyed spending an hour of my day there. When I was finally discharged, I was swept by an incredible feeling of sadness because I would no longer be seeing them. I went from having trouble sleeping every night and bending over to being able to perform comfortably in the gym. Ru and Doug are fantastic, and I promise anyone who works with these two will leave feeling better while also making friends with great people.

I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Phoenix Physical Therapy, Harrisburg location! From the first day I entered, Cynthia greeted me with a warm hello, explained the billing process and welcomed me into the office, and every time I visited we chatted and I enjoyed our friendly conversations. Doug Fickes and Ru (and a few times Chris) worked with me to strengthen my arthritic knees and helped me to feel confident with stairs, kneeling, bending, balance and building my strength. I looked forward to each visit and had a pleasant and positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they truly care about each patient. Today was my last day of therapy and I feel great! You can't beat their customer service and thoroughness, from start to finish. I will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you all for enriching my life and easing my pain and worries! I left feeling like I made a few friends along my PT journey.

Separated my shoulder and went to Phoenix for therapy. Katie did an amazing job guiding me through rehabbing my shoulder and after a few weeks I'm feeling healed and stronger than ever! Thank you for such a great experience!

Great staff, always welcoming and made it feel like home. They work with your schedule and tailor the treatments to accommodate your needs. Dr. Doug Fickes and his assistants helped me recover from lower back pain in a matter of weeks. I highly recommend Phoenix Physical Therapy

The whole staff is amazing! They work with you as fast or slow as you need and are very knowledgeable. They have a program so you can continue to go when you are done PT but still want to get better. I can’t say enough how awesome the staff and atmosphere of this place is. They even remembered my name after the first visit and didn’t have to look me up for it.
