At Phoenix Recovery, we know the struggles recovering addicts and alcoholics will face in early recovery.  Whether it be leaving inpatient treatment, adhering to a court mandate from the judicial system or in desperate need of a fresh start, entering into a sober living environment is a crucial time. Thankfully, we were fortunate enough to find a housing program in early recovery that helped transition us into a new chapter of life, where magnificent transformations began to occur. We have dedicated ourselves to creating positive living environments that help others take their first steps toward finding the kind of inner peace, success, happiness and recovery that has become our reality.

The Founders of Phoenix Recovery have been in long-term recovery for many years, and are well aware that choosing the right sober living home following treatment is often the difference between reverting to old ways or staying the course of recovery.

I was initially hesitant about writing this review out of fear of publicly announcing my stay in a structured sober-living housing project, but when places like this have this much potential to save lives, feedback might be the one thing that could point someone in need in the right direction. Before my stay with Phoenix Recovery, I was someone in need. I was fortunate enough to hear positive feedback from someone close about this treatment program. This isn't an intimidating program. It's not recovery boot camp. It's simply home. It's safe. And it might be the one place that will save your life like it did mine. - Damian (4.20.21 - Present)

Phoenix house is great. I am honest, open minded, and willing with 12 step meetings but what works most for me in my recovery is the fellowship I get from the guys at the house. They are the foundation as I rebuild everything I've given away. They are responsible and hold me accountable. We are actively 'putting in the work' doing weekly phase work. The positivity keeps me hopeful. I believe if I surround myself with friends doing good things.. good things happen to good people. I am grateful to be part of Phoenix Recovery.

My experience at Phoenix house in brick NJ has been an awesome journey along with great structure and accountability. The way it is set up is to help you get on solid ground and assist in your recovery plan. My house mates are like family and we all have each other's backs. I finally gave myself a chance to get sober and I am so grateful for the opportunity to have started with a safe living situation straight out of rehab here at Phoenix house brick , NJ. Michael Moran

Phoenix House has saved my life! I have been living in one of there sober living houses for a little over a year now. With myself working a program and them by my side my life has changed in ways I couldn't imagine. The accountability and love they show is nothing more then amazing. I am so beyond grateful for them. I really am. This house, this program has molded me into a beautiful, happy woman today. A woman who thought life was over for her just started a journey of a beautiful life. So I owe a huge thank you to everyone that has crossed my path this year. They all hold a special place in my heart.

I'm very grateful to be living in one of the Phoenix House's. I have had a long experience living in different types of sober living but this time around, I wanted to go only to Phoenix. I was nervous at first but this place has become my home for this portion of my journey in recovery. While here I have earned responsibility, been held accountable, and treated with the kindness and love I would liken to family. In coming here I have been able to put the peices of my life back together and have taken strides in my recovery that I had never made any other time around and I owe that to being surrounded by other women who work a program and who are doing the right thing for themselves.
