H Muhler1 StarUPDATE ** they didn't bill my insurance for the entire YEAR I was with them so they're giving me a bill for it all NOW that I've ended services with them.
As others have stated, you get passes around to any PA available and they rarely look at your file before talking with you. They also contradict themselves, relying on one time surveys over actual one on one assessments done by other psychiatrists. If you need actual help, don’t go here. If you just want SSRIs this is your place.
Edit to add: now that I have left their services, their billing department is playing games with my insurance. And of course there is no phone line for this department, everything is through their website/email.Friday 2nd July 2021
Rachel Foster1 StarI had a horrible experience with this practice. I had a televisit scheduled and was given no access to the video visit. I reached out to them via email and phone call and was simply ignored. When I called, they said they would be calling me shortly and would figure out what was going on, but never did. Halfway through when our session was supposed to be happening, I received the link to video call, but still no reply to any of my emails or phone call. The call was declined. I kept trying to contact them via email and got no reply at all. So frustrating. Stay away from this practice, there are many better psychiatrists.Monday 26th April 2021
