Poor management and facility staff. I worked 80 hours in 6 days to help them. When a facility staff finally came into work, Trina RN complained that nothing had been done- I worked 2halls almost everyday- sometimes I had no aide, some days only one aide. I stayed over when the next shift was short to get them started also. The nurse told me I was trash and that she hoped I did not come back or renew my contract there. After working all of that and driving over 2hrs one way when no one was coming in bc of the weather the facility told my recruiter that I was no longer needed and canceled the rest of my contract. After the facility nurse had said that in front of a patient, the patient was like- please don’t leave. It’s was ridiculous. Very poor staffing, rude facility staff, racism from staff. I honestly worked so hard that week I had blisters on my feet and hurt only to be treated poorly by the facility. Would not recommend this place.

This place is the worst I have ever worked for agency! The very thought of going to the place I hated… Nice workers but nasty nurses…. They expect you to come in work third shift and sit around with no interaction from your patients because everyone Is in bed and asleep you shouldn’t ever look at your phone for anything. This is not the old days! They also have no signal I’f your coming from Cincinnati Ohio!!! If you want no signal and to work in a place with nasty nurses and they all say they can’t give out the company’s Wi-Fi because they don’t want people playing games that keeps them awake when there is no interaction with patients around 1am-430am this place is for you! I can see why agency is only here staffed smh. No pine ridge employees except two nurses RUN. Also their nurses will be on their phones all night but for some reason agency doesn’t have that privilege to keep us awake.

Godless place. No soul. No humanity. I came to make a donation of unused, unopened personal items. Nobody cared. No gratitude. No joy over saving money. The inmates looked miserable. The staff was unhappy. This place is HELL on earth. I got to walk away. Those poor seniors are stuck. It breaks my heart.
