I went there sad and broken. Thinking I was the only one who had these problems. I left there knowing I'm better than that. Everybody there is absolutely amazing. You become a sober family. It was the best decision of my life. I thank you all Pinelands staff and community. You saved my life.

I cannot talk about Pinelands without smiling. I feel as though I have been given a second chance at life and it is a direct result of the entire Pinelands team/community. This is a place that educates you in things far beyond your substance abuse and prepares you to better manage your life. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was so professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. While at Pinelands, I no longer felt alone or like I was on an island. I didn’t feel judged, I felt safe and understood. The large groups, small groups, individual sessions, nursing/MD appointments, etc., all created an environment of openness and honesty- which allowed me (and all the other clients) daily opportunities to be vulnerable and explain how I was truly feeling, what my goals were, and the tools and strategies to practice and implement, so that I can accomplish those goals, among many other things. A common theme I heard while at Pinelands (which is 100% applicable to daily life,) is that—you get out what you put in. If you truly want to get better, then Pinelands is where you need to go. If you are on the fence, I strongly recommend reaching out to the admissions team to discuss how you’ve been feeling and determine whether this place is right for you. Personally, I felt as though I hit my emotional rock bottom and I was still scared to death in making the commitment to check into Pinelands, but that first step was the hardest and I can honestly say that it was the best and most rewarding decision I’ve ever made as it saved my life—and I wish the same for you. Oh, and the campus is beautiful, the facility and accommodations are clean and comfortable, and the food is outstanding.

I am very displeased with the billing dept. Upon leaving this facility my wife could not afford to attend the IOP that was recommended nor pick up necessary presciptions due to the lack of responsibility in this dept with billing the insurance company in a timely manner, thus affecting the out of pocket maximum in the new year. This program had no problem cashing our check, but many problems actulally correctly billings in a timely fashion !! Many attempts to resolve this issue with very little response in return from anyone in the department. When you call they say in network with Aetna and it turns out they're not...

The staff was amazing and very caring. The nurses too! I'd leave a 5 star review if they had an on call doctor at night. If it's your first time going to rehab, go.
