At 49 years old, I arrived at Pivot’s doorstep a desperate, broken, and helpless man. My addiction had me in a place of utter hopelessness. After more than 23 years of addiction, I was convinced that this was my ultimate destiny I never imagined there was a way out.
It was within the walls of Pivot Ministries where my hopelessness was transformed into hopefulness. Through surrender and obedience, I was able to find myself.
Now, thirteen years later, I am the Pastor/Executive Director of the very ministry that saved my life.

EclipsE1 StarSeeing Kevin's improper view on cannabis disappoints me about the views of this center. I would advise to find a different location to visit. I've had multiple friends that started drinking alcohol when younger and never smoked cannabis, which then moved to heroin in their older days. Many friends that have died from it; likewise I also have friends who have never moved on from cannabis to hard substances. Regardless of your confined experiences, they are quite generalized to the rest of society. Alcohol does not "quench thirst" it actually dehydrates you, inebriates you to the point of forgetting what you've done to people. As well as alcohol is a substance that CAN KILL YOU from withdrawals. Shame on you for comparing it to alcohol when alcohol is indeed far worse.Sunday 17th March 2019
