Teresa Waugerman1 StarI made 6 phone calls and had to wait two weeks for my medication! That is uncalled for and absurd when you need your medication!!! I observed very unprofessional behavior by staff and most staff were standing around talking and smoking when I arrived for my appointment and most of the time still there when I left an hour later. I would not recommend this facility for treatment due to the lack of poor communication and unprofessional staff!! It’s just a job, not a passion to help others when you are seeking help!!Wednesday 25th September 2019
Corpsefire1 StarThe one doctor they have, who is only rarely in Romney, doesn't listen to her patients. The therapist I talked to was not meant to be a therapist. She enjoys talking more than listening and working with a patient. Overall, you feel like a number being pushed through a system.Saturday 17th February 2018
