Prana is an absolutely amazing program. If you are looking for a deeper, more holistic recovery plan this is the place for you. The owner Kelly is truly incredible and cares about each participant. This is the first program that I could be honest, real and totally open. While exploring the mind body connection and it’s role in addiction, you’ll find your path. The six pillars of wellness gave me so much more than just meeting ever could.

Prana was an integral part of my recovery. Meetings had always helped me through, but I've never fully felt myself until I tried this program. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in recovery looking to get more fulfillment from life! Game changer.

I always felt welcome and included in the groups. The skills I learned in yoga, meditation and mindfulness have truly shaped how I go through life. Kelley and Scott (the group facilitators) both genuinely care and do their best to make sure each person is doing okay and staying clean and sober.

The team and their experiential knowledge of 12 step programs along with mindfulness and yoga classes are a sure way to find a better way of life.
