Sophia Clark1 StarAbsolutely no one should entrust their loved one to this place. Ever since this facility was bought by Preferred Care, the residents' quality of life has suffered. You will spend months being pacified by the administration only for your loved one to continue to receive terrible care. For years, my loved one was thriving there. And for the past two years, PC Hamilton has shown they are only willing to do the bare minimum (and I suspect even less than that) despite being a FRANCHISE. They do not treat their residents with dignity. This place should be avoided at all costs.Monday 20th September 2021
