I am (well was) an established patient of Mary Margaret’s. While I enjoyed her service I could not deal with her receptionist Cindy. She does not belong in a business where she has to interact with patients. She is terribly disrespectful. Speaking over patients, belittling patients and rather condescending. My daughter is a patient at Prime Behavioral in Pickerington and the staff there is professional and friendly. I cannot recommend anyone to Prime Lancaster due to knowing they will have to deal with Cindy. She clearly enjoys being disrespectful and knowing she’s handling scheduling for patients with MH needs above anything she should be ashamed of herself. Please do not go to this location especially if you value customer service and respect. Shame on you Cindy for who you have chosen to be towards customers and patients.

This place is the best! Cyndi is extremely organized and one of the sweetest people I have ever talked to. The counselors all have a lot of experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a friendly, qualified therapist in the Lancaster area.

My son has ADHD and ODD. His therapist Bill is awesome. He not only works with him, but with me and the school. It took me awhile to find someone in Lancaster that treated ADHD and took our insurance. I would recommend Prime Behavioral Health to all. From the girls in the office to the therapists, they are all easy to work with and again I am very happy to have find them.
