The Department of Community Services is committed to improving the wellbeing of residents of Prince William County, the City of Manassas, and the City of Manassas Park who are affected by, or are at-risk of, developmental delays and disabilities, mental illness and/or substance use disorders through the provision and coordination of community-based resources that respect and promote the dignity, rights and full participation of individuals and their families. For Emergency Services 24/7 Call: 703-792-7800 (TTY: 711) in Manassas or 703-792-4900 (TTY: 711) in Woodbridge Prince William County Community Services offers mental health and substance abuse case management, therapy, peer support services, discharge planning, medication assisted treatment, and psychiatric services. Get On Track (GOT) treatment services also identify and treat adolescents and young adults (ages 16-25) who may be experiencing early signs of psychosis.
