in conjunction with psychological testing.
In addition to evaluation and testing, we also offer therapy services for individuals, couples, families, and groups. All of our counseling services are confidential, non-judgemental, and are designed to work on a variety of skills and mental health problems.

Website states they’re taking new patients. Staff says otherwise. Attitudes followed once it was mentioned. Bear in mind that I only contacted them BECAUSE their website said they were taking new patients.
They didn’t seem to care and seemed annoyed when asked prudent questions about future openings following the end of current patients’ care (due to a move, completion of treatment, etc).Tuesday 18th January 2022
Kayla Mahler4 StarGreat facility and staff! Dr. Litchfield is a fantastic therapist and I have progressed quite a bit since seeing her over a few month period. The only reason I am missing one star in the rating is because they don't take my new insurance, which is understandable. Aaron Sassenrath-cole1 StarI didn't actually meet with a therapist. I called 3 hours before my appointment to confirm the appointment time and place. I checked in with the receptionist 15 minutes early and expected a wait since I was a new patient. At 40 minutes past my appointment time I asked the receptionist if I was going to be seen by a therapist. She said that they had sent the therapist a message but that they would likely have to reschedule. I declined the reschedule I'll take my business elsewhere. Receptionists area is cluttered and messy. The waiting area is in disrepair with stained and poorly patched carpet. They had an unedited version of masterchef Canada on the TV with plenty of swear words for the family.Tuesday 15th June 2021
