Professional Care Services of West Tennessee, Inc. is an agency composed of caring and involved professionals who are trained to respond to the mental health needs of their community through assessment, intervention, treatment, rehabilitation and support. Since the beginning, the primary purpose of the agency has been to provide services for the citizens of our communities. It is the mission of Professional Care Services to enhance the quality of life of every individual that we treat. Our trained professionals seek to deliver compassionate, quality care to each patient, family, and community that we serve by providing comprehensive mental health treatment and co-occurring services while recognizing that each person is unique and has mental health needs that vary in complexity. Professional Care Services (PCS)- founded in 1971- is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve wellness by living healthier lives.  Our work is driven by our commitment to promote mental health as a critical part of overall wellness, including prevention for all, early identification and intervention for those at risk, integrated health, behavioral health and other services for those who need them, and recovery as a goal.   Same Day Access is a service provided Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 2:30 pm allowing for you to walk-in and be served, no appointment necessary! Simply check-in at the front desk and an assigned Therapist and Care Coordinator will see you! Bring your: Photo ID, Birth Certificate (if under 18), Insurance Card. If you do not have insurance, inquire about our Behavioral Health Safety Net Grant that may be able to assist you!

Terrible customer service . I went first for a consultation which was a webcam visit and then they say I need to come back in 2 weeks for a med appt . They charge me for both times but the 1st time accepted Discover for payment and next time say they don't accept Discover and the 1st time was a mistake . No one told me this prior to my appt and that was my only form of payment due to my debit card being lost. I asked if I could be billed and pay next visit and they say no and that I'd have to reschedule . They obviously don't care at all about your mental health when they're willing to put off your problems for weeks over 50$ and their mistake of no communication about accepted payment forms . Don't waste your time here !!!
