I spent a week here in February 2019. The staff is very understanding and polite. They were accommodating and helpful with my medications and special requirements. John who works in 4 south (child and adolescent) was very nice to us and wanted to help us feel normal. There were really no bad staff members I encountered in my week here. Seeing the therapy dog that visits on Tuesday was very comforting. They offer lots of groups and activities for different age groups, but they do not have any sort of one on one counseling. The nurses definitely do everything they can to make the kids here feel safe and ready to go home as soon as they can. They do have a daily message from the preacher which is obnoxious, as every person I talked to there were Atheistic. He was the only one who would meet one on one with us for "spiritual healing" as if it could make up for chemical imbalances or major traumas. Overall it is a decent program that helped me regain my foothold in life when everything fell apart.

If you can get into the CSS program try and deal only with Barbara V., Edna R. and Rachelle to handle your case or for real practical recovery skills. The 2 Michelles on staff are also great people.
