Susan Hansen5 StarI was hired by Providence during the COVID Pandemic as a Telehealth Therapist. I am so fortunate to have had the experience of working with the Director Bill Heran, and the rest of the staff. I have never experienced the high level of Clinical Supervision, support, staff communication, and generosity of additional education from any agency I have worked with. I am disappointed that the insurance and state rules are returning to pre-covid policies. Providence is a place that I would be happy to work for in the future as the need develops. Susan R. Michael Keane5 StarI am a licensed acupuncturist who has provided acupuncture for patients at Providence. I am continually impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and compassion put forth by the team here. Their utilization of a broad spectrum of multidisciplinary and integrative approaches to treatment really stands out. I believe this is one of the many reasons they are so successful. Highly recommended for anyone needing this type of care.Friday 9th August 2019
Steven G5 StarAfter initial phone call,a few days later got a return call apologizing for not getting back to me . During that call we discussed my insurance and situation. He said he was the coordinator and would consult with one of his staff. He was apologetic and reassured someone would get to me. I never heard back ,5-7 days later I called back and spoke with an operator who said she would pass on the info, never heard back. Am not a big review writer, but am disappointed in the no response.,especially around a health issue,am now upgrading the review, they did get back to me and were very apologetic. The CEO and coordinator were extremely helpful and I believe genuinely concerned in making sure I’m being directed to places that fit my needs. Very appreciated. I believe that this was just a misstep, not their usual practice.

Jason Hartman5 StarAs a clinician who has collaborated in patient care with Dr. Heran and his staff I have the utmost respect for this team and facility. We have, on many occasions, utilized a multi-disciplinary approach to the care of recovering addicts with success. Dr. Heran’s openness to using a variety of modalities in patient care including, acupuncture, manual medicine and nutritional therapies to name a few demonstrate his willingness to see the patient as an individual and more than just their disease. I would recommend without reservation anyone who was seeking this kind of care for themselves or a loved one.Tuesday 13th February 2018
Tim Overton5 StarI offered biofeedback consultation and services here during my predoctoral internship. I was and still am very impressed by the wholistic approach that Providence takes to treating its clients by addressing, mental, social and biophysiological barriers to recovery and emphasizing individualized client goals. Friendly and accessible staff alongside motivated and insightful clients offer a supportive recovery experience.Tuesday 25th September 2018
