It was terrible! They didn't know if they were coming or going! Very unorganized! And the Staff? Forget it, rude as hell.

We were very impressed with the initial assessment process and the fact that we were told what to expect while she was staying there. Our daughter's counselor, the nurses and other staff were helpful every single time we called to check on her or ask a question. Our daughter said all the nurses and staff were very kind and helpful to her and appeared as though they were trying to help the other residents. All in all, this was a difficult experience for our family but they did everything they could to help our daughter and keep her safe. We really appreciate the amazing care she received.

I sat on this review for months before writing it because I certainly didn't want it to come from an irrational place. My loved one certainly didn't receive the standard of care at Lehigh that she had previously with Pyramid. She was neglected with her treatment, she was hideously bullied in an environment that should be nothing less than accepting, she was neglected and left in pain after an injury, she was verbally attacked while an aide watched and when someone got in her face she defended herself and subsequently was thrown out on the street with zero aftercare, support or medications. They knew zero about meth addiction and the psychosis that comes along with it..or the emotional trauma associated with domestic abuse and reactionary behaviors. The residents were running the place. Her counselor was away when she was "removed" and didn't even call her to follow up. No visitors due to the pandemic made it more difficult...but the lack of compassion and empathy and aides picking sides likened the whole experience to high school. I am happy to say we have an amazing team on the outside and are making great strides but her experience at pyramid lehigh is now just another source of PTSD

Absolutely the best treatment center! Literally can't say enough about the staff they are some of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever had the pleasure to be around. The family program has done so much to help my family grow. Because of this place my life is better than it has ever been before. Maureen is the greatest counselor ever ( sorry Jess, Janel, Tibor, Christine, and Laura!!! ). I'm grateful everyday that I had the opportunity to start a new life because of the staff at this facility!

Have been in meetings and conversation with several staff since 10/15/19. Never has anyone been negative and always compassionate towards the Recovery of everyone involved in all of the Family Group meetings. I have been to other Facilities that can not even come close to the group at Pyramid in Catasaqua Big Thanks to Jess, Laura, Kelly & sue keep up the good fight!
