I come here to drop my brother off and the parking lot is a mess. From my understanding, people are supposed to use the actual parking spaces and not let their vehicles idle right outside of the building. However this is not enforced and you have people just parking pretty much wherever they please. Outside of the building, haphazardly in random spots in the parking lot (not even in a space), and in handicap spots. People fly in and out of the parking lot at unsafe speeds. If there was another place close by I would choose that, but unfortunately there is not.

Not Jen k. She’s great. But these are the only idiots that don’t give take homes when a snow storm is anticipated for a week before. They sure care…about there paychecks.

I have been going here for 7or8 months everyone here is the best but of u mess up u will have to pay for the Consequences of your actions the doctors an nurses and the best I Absolutely like having my Counselor he go Above and beyond his job he really cares for his Clients he know who he is I thank him so much for being here for me I have not had a problem with any staff here if u are looking for a get placed to get help u have found it but please be Patient in Sobriety it's not easy all the time there is going to be day that seem like ur never going to make it but u will if u putt ur hart in to it.agane I say thank u to all the staff here

It is difficult dealing with an addiction and addicted people, but pyramid really tries to do everything they can. Don't get attached to your counselor though, bc I am getting my 4th counselor this week- they don't seem to stay and the one that did stay now only does intakes. I am in recovery over 4 years and have been at pyramid since 2019. I transferred here from camp hill pa.

For the first month or two I thought they were great. Trustworthy respectful but when they dropped the ball on Sundays take homes and proceeded like nothing happened it screwed a lot of us. That's when I realized really they're no different than any other clinic.
