R3 is playing a vital role in my recovery process. I have tried most everything in the past to achieve and maintain my sobriety, and although I have been able to put together a few years here and there, nothing has stuck. I believe that because of the accountability and the community that is R3 I’ve finally found what I was missing. I have been blessed with a great set of roommates that encourage and support each other through every situation that life throws at us. No one here ever has to face anything they are going through alone! The staff has tremendous amounts of knowledge and training regarding the needs of the residents. Whether that be in the recovery process or just general life skills, someone on staff has the ability to guide us in the right direction. Having some staff that is also in recovery is a big plus. R3 is not just staffed and run by people with fancy titles and lots of letters after their names, but also with people just like us. People that have lived the life we once did, can relate on a personal level, and can show us by their experiences, the better life that awaits us. The house I reside in is very well maintained, and quite frankly, nicer than anywhere I’ve lived before. Although rent is a bit more than some of the other recovery houses I had looked at, it is definitely worth it! I am very grateful I found R3. Within these walls, and with help and support of the staff and fellow residents, I feel better about my chances of maintaining a healthy, sober life, one day at a time.

R3 is an amazing place with even better staff. This recovery house gave me that extra push that I needed in order to build a solid foundation for my recovery. My house managers, Randy and Drew, are always willing and more than happy to work with the guys living in the house to help piece their life and recovery back together. I took a suggestion and decided to move here 3 months ago, and i can easily say that it was one of the best decisions i've ever made in my life. Aside from the staff, the apartments are beautiful and fully renovated....all while being very affordable. I have zero negative things to say about R3. If you or your loved ones need that extra nudge in the right direction in early recovery, you have found what you are looking for here.

R3 House was recommended to me and I couldn't have picked a better place. The apartment I live in is super modern, comfortable and super clean. The Robert's family run top notch recovery houses and am happy to have a great environment for my early recovery.

I've been struggling for years to find a solid place that would genuinely help me stay sober. R3 not only provided me with the tools, their staff will give you as much of their time that's needed to help you learn to use those tools the proper way. As with anything, getting sober simply comes down to WANTING to get sober, but if you do, R3 is really the best place in Lancaster to live while maintaining your sobriety.

I have been staying at an R3 recovery house for a little over a month now. This is my first experience in a sober living environment and it has surpassed all of my expectations. The facilitie's living spaces, kitchen, and common areas are all in excellent condition and I have felt more comfortable living here than I could have hoped for. The staff that works here and the resources that are available to me here are truly helping me in my recovery journey and I am very grateful to be here.
