I just tried getting my lisence and va has it restricted because they say I need to do the asap classes there over video. I called in oct paid them and they will not return a phone call to set up video even know I did it 15 years ago as part of my probation order this place is a scam I have called and left mess over 10x and am forced to take them to courtFriday 14th January 2022

Kasey5 StarEveryone I experienced was nice and helpful. No one wants to be in the situation we are/were in but we deal with it the best we can. My case manager was very helpful and my class instructor was amazing. I paid my fees and did my class and moved on. There are a lot of negative reviews but I had no issues at all, I did what was needed of me and all was fine.Sunday 3rd January 2021
Jason Canady1 StarThis place is utterly horrific they have no manners no sensitivity no knowledge of how to talk to anyone other than fellow employees and it is completely absurd. I have called numerous times to no avail leaving multiple messages and if I'm lucky enough to get a call back they will speak to you in a condescending manner and even bring up the trouble you have without knowing anything about you or your situation and end it all by saying contact your lawyer and hanging up on you. I demand a re-stacking of these better than thou attitudes or at the very least sensitivity training. I urge Superior's to contact me so we can resolve this issue at hand.
