Recovery Center Missoula is the only inpatient comprehensive integrated treatment program in Western Montana. Many individuals struggle with alcohol and drug addiction, which is often complicated by emotional or mental health issues. This place is a joke!! They help who they want and when they want to help them! They lied to me and my family saying I was excepted then turned around and said nope denied! Or they over booked the amount of bed available! Long story short pat never answers his phone & won't respond to his voicemail. This place is chaos at best! They need to get it together!!

be sure to plan ahead 60 days of wanting to get treatment cause you will not get help immediately. Like an addict can plan that far ahead. What a dam joke. We will help as long as you do it on our schedual and plan ahead so we can go through your application so we can see if we want to help. And dont show up on a weekend you get told go away come back monday an addiction place should know when an addict want help you can put them off not for two dags and dam sure not 60 days

Staff were great. My discharge plan was non existent, however staff did try to help. I learned a lot there and formed some amazing friendships. Still clean and sober (4/2/18).

It was really hard for me to go in and fill out an intake form, but I did. When I didn’t get a call back I’d been instructed to call a certain number, but I was out of town visiting family in TX so as to remain discreet, I emailed a gal who I’d emailed before about the intake procedures, explaining why I didn’t feel comfortable calling. It’s been well over a week, maybe two, and I’ve heard nothing back. It was so hard to go there in the first place, I’m just baffled at the lack of reply. The same gal emailed me back right away after my initial inquiry, but beyond my input application and subsequent total lack of response, I feel completely let down. I get that MT largely lacks resources for mental health and addiction, but I felt that for however difficult it was for me to request help, I in turn felt totally ignored.

I learned the tools that I needed to live a successful sober life but my counselor Candance Madia was so rude to me and held a grudge against me she doesn't have the skills to deal with confrontation she lost her cool and that is the last person that should be losing their cool. Us as patients are going through a lot in recovery and for someone who is not in recovery who just has a degree sure thinks she knows it all so instead of letting me graduate she discharged me a few days before I could graduate. Thank God I learned the skills and tools to live a sober life while I was there. someone who is not as strong willed as me probably would have relapsed I'm disappointed in how she went about that then called my wife and said she has so much empathy for her for being married to me for this long couldn't even own up to what she did just called my wife to make me look bad to try and cover up her tracks very unprofessional. I recommend anyone who goes there to not get her as a counselor you will regret it the other counselors are amazing. All the staff are great except for Candance. I hope this helps anyone that is considering going to RCM. Sincerely
