You can expect to get individualized treatment that meets the unique needs of each person. It is very apparent that staff cares about everyone and truly values helping others. The teamwork and going above and beyond for patients is beautiful to see! Crystal B5 StarIf you are looking for a treatment center, I would highly recommend looking into Recovery Centers of America. Not only is the facility beautiful and clean, but the staff are compassionate, caring individuals. From the moment you walk into the front doors and warmly greeted by the receptionists to the rest of the staff that work together as a team to make your experience one of the best. Never have I worked within a company with staff that cares so deeply for one another, but are compassionate about helping those succeed in their recovery.Tuesday 17th August 2021
Brittany1 StarWas 2 hours late for pick up which lead to domestic issues. The receptionist was rude to me on the phone when confirming pick up.
Lost medications or could not get a new prescription quickly. It took 6 days to get all the medications figured out.
Did not enforce their own masks rule so there was a Covid-19 outbreak. So I removed my loved one early for safety reasons and because he was quarantined in his room with limited treatments. Thankfully he does not have Covid-19 (at this point in time)
From a loved ones point of view, I found this place to be unorganized. Overall, this place is your typical for-profit medical facility looking for ways to bill insurance.Monday 10th January 2022
