This place is by far the best recovery business in Massachusetts!! This isn't anything like your ordinary run-down suboxone clinic with addicts loitering around an old, dirty and unfriendly office. Recovery Connection's office has an amazing aesthetic.. with bright white walls, beautiful artistry, fresh plants, and much more. You will instantly feel good vibes and tranquility when you walk in. The Worcester office has 3 wonderful female employees with tons of experience in the field plus bright positive outlooks on sobriety. The weekly or biweekly appointments are essential for people in early sobriety, and you can tell these women are happy to dedicate their lives to helping addicts. The doctor is intelligent, attentive, and poised. The social worker is a great listener, very objective, honest, and comforting. And the receptionist is friendly, bubbly, and always helpful. Recovery Connection provides me with a great experience every single time that I go there. These people really know what they're doing and i have so much gratitude for the help they've given me during my darkest times. So if you are looking for suboxone maintenance and good hearted staff, then check them out!

One of the best addiction, recovery, and counseling centers you will ever find. Take it from someone who has been at this for well over 20 years. If you are serious about your recovery and want a place that is laid back, caring, responsive, kind, accommodating, etc. then Recovery Connection Worcester is where you want to be. This office has some of the most caring, friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable staff that you will find not only in Worcester but for cities and towns all around it as well. Especially important to me was to find a place that didn't judge me and want to pile on the punishment or even kick me out if I were to make a mistake and slip up in my recovery and Recovery Connection is that place. Rather than try to hurt you further should you have a slip or relapse, they would rather try to help you further and see you excel in your recovery. The staff here is second to none and especially Kayla who handles the front end/reception. Her big, bright smile is what will greet you as you enter through the front door. She is absolutely one of the most caring and helpful (among other things), people you will ever meet and she will go beyond the extra mile to help you. She is always willing to help and will do everything in her power to assist you with just about anything you may need. The entire staff is second to none and this includes Stacy (the Suboxone coordinator), and Makayla (the resident addiction/mental health counselor). They are all ready to assist you at the drop of a hat and are one of Recovery Connection's greatest assets. If your looking for that special place to take your recovery journey, and take it to the next level, then this is where you want to be. Take it from someone who has more experience with this stuff than I ever wanted to have to begin with. Not only have they helped me tremendously in my journey but they pretty much saved my life during one of the hardest times in my life. If your serious about recovery then you owe it to yourself to call and make an appointment.
