vicky ehr5 StarSo where do I start. The facility is run down, the beds are terrible and hurt your back. The pillows are old and don’t ask for another one because the answer is no. The meals are horrible. My therapist was probably the worst therapist I have ever met but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Detox was all I did here and it was handled well. Minimal discomfort. What stands out though are many of the staff. Incredible. So let me give credit to those amazing people who helped me so much. Anthony. So calm, efficient, caring, and made me feel at home . He knows how to get things done and treats clients with respect. He knows how to do his job and never gets flustered or raises his voice. Nurse Christopher. Looks are deceiving. Don’t let his quiet demeanor fool you. He is an awesome nurse. He did my intake and I was a mess. Nurse Claudia and Corey. Night time nurses. What a great team. I had to get a shot in my butt, Corey administered it. I didn’t feel a thing. Compassionate, professional, and efficient people. Claudia just so kind and gentle. Then there is Sarge. A dynamic young woman who leads by example, conducts groups, inspires, cares and seems to have boundless energy. She has a voice that rises and falls in tempo and volume as she speaks to her clients and gives us purpose and drive to stay sober, love ourselves and find our purpose in life. Come here to get well if you like high end camping with the best “scout leaders” I have ever met.Thursday 27th January 2022

The staff is exceptional as is the program they offer! WOULD RECOMMEND to anyone trying to detox and gain the tools, knowledge and skill set needed to move forward on your journey to sustaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle on the road to sobriety!!!!
