This place is amazing! But it's the people that make it that way. The staff is absolutely the best I've ever seen at their job. They gets things done like nobody I've ever seen. They are kind and helpful but they also come to your rescue when you need it. A few times the pharmacy that I was using messed up my prescription and they fixed things immediately! Dr. Patel is very understanding and knows how to help you. I just moved to California and losing this place was deviating for me. I almost didn't move because I knew that I would have to leave Recovery Relief Center. Believe me, if you need help with addiction, you want to come here..

Anyone who is suffering from addiction needs to come to this center. I have been going here for a while now an have such an amazing recovery. The doctor is very attentive an takes time to actually help you recover from addiction unlike lots of other recovery centers. The receptionist is incredible. She always makes sure anything you need is taken care of very effectively an always prompt. They are very compassionate an actually care about helping you have a great drug free life as affectivly as they can. I was in pain pills for 10 years an since I've been going here I have no desire for pain pills. I am well on my way to a great life without drugs. Thank you doctor Patel. Thank you amazing "receptionist ". You all are changing lives!!!!

My son goes to this place and i have never seen such unorganized place, you cant get them on the phone half the time, then you get excuses or a bunch of different numbers to call, still mailbox full you cant leave a message, not to mention they give no slack during a pandemic or care about your wellbeing during one!and it a shame when someone is trying to turn their life around and the dr and people that work there are out of control more then the patients!

This place is amazing! I followed my doctor , Dr. Patel from his personal practice in Knoxville....so I’ve loved going to him since I started back in February! He is now here at Recovery Relief Center, the new place is clean and professional. I recommend and challenge anybody who has a opioid dependency who is truly ready to quit to give this place a try! You WILL NOT Regret it! Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor, I’ve seen him years before I came to a substance relief visit as my primary care/family doctor. He’s a doctor who truly listens and cares about your well being! Give them a call, and start a new way of life, TODAY!!! 😀

Absolutely the best place I have ever went to for recovery assistance. Dr. Patel has never judged me or kicked me out wen I have had a relapse. He talks about it with me and works thru it with me. Hes a heaven sent so is his office manager an all the new staff!! I highly recommend this place for any addict needing help with assistance!!
