This agency is useless we were sent a closure notice from a counselor. We spent 2 months trying to contact her she never responded to any phone calls we left. Then she informed us the case was closed and they couldn’t help anyway. She has a new job. It’s shameful how people with disabilities are treated. The agency blamed COVID-19 for their response time. And our tax dollars pay her salary shameful.
