I just finished my most recent PT at this location and it was a great experience! Thank you Christopher Johns and Ryan Capobianco for your excellent care. And, thank you to the front. desk! You always greeted me with a smile. I know you have been short handed at times with therapists and with front desk personnel, but you never skipped a beat. Thanks again!

I have never attended this specific location, however I have been calling to schedule an appointment for an entire week. Nobody picks up, then you get transfer to the main LVHN who take down your information and try and put you on hold so that they can contact the office, they contact some other person to help with scheduling, who then says that they’re going to reach the front desk now, and then you go to voicemail. I have been promised callbacks to schedule an appointment several times, and have not received a single call back. If anything is telling about this office, it’s that they don’t care AT ALL to provide you any care. Look elsewhere for a better Rehab Center Who at least take the time of the day to schedule you.

This is my third time here. The staff is very friendly and careing. They don’t push you and help you in every way. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for therapy.

It used to be a good service provider before OAA gave it in to LVHN. Now the staffs here are not customer focused, not enthusiastic at treating you, rather you are just a number here. PT and PTA are not well trained to give you their best. LVHN has an under performing unit here. One PTA was working with 3-4 patients at the same time which cannot provide care to individual needs. They did not let patients adjust through their progress, each week the same routine. No checking if each routine was working out, no evaluation of each week’s progress.
