I'm so thankful for the Renew Clinic! It's very convenient and discreate. The office is efficient, the staff is compassionate and Dr. Austin is so helpful. I've been pleased and would recommend to any of my friends and family!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I made an appointment on their website, was asked which location was easier for me but when I went fory appointment they said I had to go to this location. Made an appointment & made it clear to the Dr @ the first location that something was seriously wrong, that I was just wanting to know what was wrong & what my options were! I did not want to be on pain medication unless it was the absolute last resort! So I go for my appointment at this location & am put in their "all new Suboxone Renewal Clinic"! So tests were ever ran, no kind of CT scans, MRI, nothing but a urine test (which got sent to the wrong lab & now I owe $300+)! I saw the Dr maybe twice & explained that I can not take that medicine & that I wanted to know why I was put in an addiction clinic?! Never got an answer, never got any tests done! Then was told I needed to schedule my own tests if I felt they were needed & they tried to tell me that I was put in the renewal clinic bc I didn't have any current imaging or tests! Ummm, THATS WHY I SCHEDULED MY APPT TO BEGIN WITH! IM NOT THE DR! All they cared about was $$$! I never got any answers & finally quit trying bc this place doesn't care about their patients, all they wanted was $$$! I understand that most people @ my age don't have the problems I do, but I was in a car accident when I was in highschool & suffered serious injuries! I was told I would be in a wheelchair by 30! I'm 37! All I want is to be able to get out of bed & live a somewhat normal life! I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, & possibly have nerve damage in my neck or spine plus several bulging & degenerative discs in my neck & spine. I'm tired of these pain clinics! I know people who go to this same place & don't have anything wrong & are on all kinds of pain meds! I just want to know what is wrong, what options do I have, etc... But u won't get those answers here! All u get is a color label! These places should be shut down!
