I have been living here & I know how it is, to actually be in a place like this. I have always thought that being in a care facility would be very hard to do cuz I haven't liked the smell of the places. I've lived here awhile & have got used to it though. It doesn't smell so bad, even though though there is an occasional accident at times. I like the staff, they always greet you with a smile & always have something nice to say to you..... I received great care while in there for 2 months and the physical therapy department can't be beat. I was in another facility that dropped me and broke my back and they had no clue what to do to help me walk again. I was in Rexburg Care and rehab 1 day and after therapy that day, I was able to move my right leg that I had not moved in 2 months in the other facility

Really nice people that are very caring. Questionable processes and communications that was leading to poor healthcare. I do not recommend it, yet almost everyone that dealt with my loved one would be excellent under proper management.

Everyone who works here cares about the residents and does the best they can under their guidelines and rules. They are a preferred provider and deserves more recognition. All of the managers are super friendly and are team players. Everyone jumps in if there's an issue and tries tp resolve it the best they can. This is one the the best nursing and rehabilitation places in East idaho hands down.
