William Moates1 StarIf you desire quality care, Go Elsewhere! I have been seen here on several occasions. This organization has has a big problem retaining quality healthcare providers. Therefore you may see 3-4 different nurse practitioners. No Consistency. I contacted their crisis hotline and was directed to go to the Dayton office to speak with the crisis team via video conference. While I waited 3 hrs to speak with the crisis team a nurse took my vitals, and then proceeded to berate me (with my wife present) about having high blood pressure. This in fact made my situation and blood pressure worse. In the time i have been going there I have never once had a provider discuss any sort of treatment plan with me. It is all about meds. their motto should be "A patient Cured is a Customer Lost."Thursday 14th March 2019
