Korina1 StarI can understand where they got a 1.9 star review. After reading a lot of the reviews on and here and watching my friend for over 8 hrs try to get in contact with her mom's nurse and no one calls her back, and everyone else just keeps giving her the run around. "oh the nurse just stepped outside".. listen I get it.. health care is hard right now, the pandemic is overwhelming to us all. But your patients need to be treated with dignity and respect. Respect that their family is being communicated with in a proper time line, being told correct information, and not given the run around. It should NEVER take over 8 hrs for someone to call anyone's family member back. Get a new phone system, a secretary that knows how to do their job. This is absolutely insane. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Sunday 5th September 2021

Carol B3 StarTwo dear loved ones passed away here a few years apart. I will never be able to go there again. It was impossible to find something good about this place.. I tried each time I was there. Please avoid this place!
Update: After speaking with someone from Richland Healthcare I realized my one star rating was harsh. Patient care is not the problem, the rooms are small and uncomfortable for the dying patient and their loved ones.Friday 7th June 2019
