Turned in an application December 8. I'm out of a job and my car broke down, so this was the most logical choice, since I live a few blocks away and I have 2 years experience as a dietary aide. I was told "We'll call today or tomorrow." That call never came. I called again and was told the same thing. Never happened. I called again told the same thing. Never happened. I called last week and was able to get an interview for yesterday. Walked down there, the lady who was going to do the interview wasn't there, and the person I did talk to asked if I could do the interview tomorrow instead. I agreed. I called today to set up a time, and she said she hired two people last week and doesn't have any more openings. So I'm stuck with no money, no car no job. Thanks.

I recently had to put my sweet mama into a nursing home. This was an extremely traumatic experience for me. I love her so much and I felt very guilty that I was not able to take care of her myself. The staff here immediately made me feel better. I feel like she is in loving and very capable hands. I always go and visit her and there has never been a time I showed up that that I felt she was being treated poorly. I am very thankful that they are such a caring staff. This is never an easy situation but they make me feel like she's being loved and cared for in a way that I could not provide for my sweet mama on my own.

I would recommend Richmond to all my family and friends. The staff is so loving to their residents and family. The facility is so clean and has a great atmosphere!

My dad is down there at Richmond Care Center, all the staff treats me nice when I come into visit and they all know my name which makes it nice. The care my dad receives is excellent. It doesn't stink like a lot of nursing homes I've been in which I really like. It's such a great facility and we are very thankful for the care my dad gets there.
