I came into this program 7 months ago, and it was hands down the best decision ive made my entire life. In fact its the decision that saved my life. This program has brought me closer to god and given me the tools to maintain sobriety. Every member of the staff is amazing. They are great at teaching about the bible, teaching how to have a close and personal relationship with god, how to get down to the roots of why you use substances and how to go about rebuilding yourself and your life for the better. I recommend this program to anybody that truly wants recovery. Ive never felt like i belonged untill god guided me here.

River City Recovery Ministries has provided a safe place for me to rebuild a God centered life. They build you up and truly care for your well being. The compassion I've personally seen and received while at this place is without measure. I'm also learning to use grace in my own relationships with people by the example being set by the staff. The programming builds your relationship with God along with teaching life skills that are the fundamental building blocks of a successful recovery and life after the program. They help deal with hurts, guilts and traumas in such a way that you feel comfortable with being honest and digging to the core issue of your use and addiction. I'm now a productive member at my church and taking an active role in the sober community. I'm GRATEFUL and BLESSED to have had the opportunity to attend the program. IT'S CHANGED MY LIFE!!!

No house supervisor, house is dirty and not kept. But most importantly not enough accountability. I brought a loved one sober for 6 months and 5 months later my loved one was back to heavy drinking hoarding not bathing etc... Why didn't they step in? Why Don't they send them some where who can help! So heart breaking. I pray they change. They said they could help and would keep me informed. They didn't and would not return my calls. Left a person feeling like it's about money more then leading them to wholeness. If a person does not fit in your program find one that does! Don't keep them and let them fall back! One thing is good they have bible study daily. But failed to apply structure.
