Donna Cinnamon1 StarI have a retired Marine that had to go to River Crossing for hospice care. The first day that I went to see my friend, he had falling on the floor with his right arm pinned beneath him and has been in that position for awhile before we got there. It took a long time for the nurses or the CNA’s to respond to our concerns. Then they were ugly and nonprofessional about there job. If I could he would not be in this horrible facility. The staff doesn’t do anything for their residents which are paying them to take care of the residents with care, respect and dignity which they are not getting. Not a good place for any human not even good enough for a dog to be taken care of.Sunday 20th February 2022

Julie Williams1 StarMy 52 year old sister in law was only there 2 and half months ,she was doing great from her spinal cord injury went there for rehab. Her care was horrible to say the least she was there 5 days before they got her out of bed. It was 2 weeks before they bathed her, her hair was so nasty some there cut it without anyone's permission. I don't know how many countless time she didn't get fed. Needless to say she is on life support because of the lack of care. PLEASE PLEASE don't sent anyone of your loved ones there. Needs to be shut down. And the workers are VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL The one star that I gave them it should be a MILLION NEGATIVE STAR'S... She passed away last ThursdayWednesday 9th March 2022
