Be careful of this place, got wind of someone that works in kitchen tested positive on a home COVID test and has still been going to work there, preparing y'all and your loved ones food. Just been traveling around like normal like they don't have it. Even seen a video of them admitting it and saying their boss said they could...Be careful people...

The only way I know to describe this facility in a nice way is “ ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND DISGRACEFUL” ( Not all ) but the majority of staff are very cold and show no compassion for the individuals. This facility is VERY disorganized 😕. I have only witnessed a few acts of kindness. If you think that talking to your loved one on the phone ☎️ will be easy, think again. I have never seen ANY medical facility ran this way. This place is the type you end up unfortunately reading about in the newspaper. I highly feel that they are very understaffed or it could be the normal way they operate. I have witnessed individuals sitting in their BM’s for at least 4 hours on several different occasions. I pray and hope you strongly consider all your options before placing yourself or your loved ones here. I would not wish the things I have seen in this facility on my worst enemy. It makes me wonder what things I don’t see. Unfortunately I had no warning about River Falls, but I wish to the good Lord above that I had. All I ask is that if you care please CAREFULLY make your decision with 100% confidence on any facility! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This place is a dump. If you care about your loved one don't even look here. The employees don't care a out the patient's they are only there to collect a check. They spend more time hiding. This place needs to be shut down

Can not say enough about the compassionate care at River Falls Rehabilitation. Our nurse went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable leaving my grandmother. The food is good, the environment is dated, but clean, and the group activities were entertaining. You can feel the love these ladies have for their residents.
