My love one was in this rehabilitation site and some of the staff was good but we experienced some bad staff members. Everything from not getting his meds on time to someone unplugging his TV, knowing he couldn't walk. A couple mornings no one offered to take him to shower A socialworker who didn't have any answers to our questions that started confusion within my family. I wouldn't recommend this site for care. My love one couldn't walk when he came to Riverbend and couldn't walk when discharged. He didn't receive any of his equipment for support or follow up appointment dates.

I cannot give enough praise to the Riverbend Staff. I was sent there after major back surgery for physical therapy. I was numb from the waist down, unable to walk and in a tremendous amount of pain. Thanks to the capable and caring treatment I received while there I've been able to make great strides of progress. The nurses, nurses aids and physical therapist are top notch and have treated me with kindness and understanding even when I wasn't necessarily giving that back. I want to give special thanks to Rolanda 💗 Julie 💗, Joy 💗, Yvonne 💗 and Pam 💗 for making one of the most difficult times in my life just a little easier and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend Riverbend. If I was to ever have to do this again I would never consider going anywhere else.
