Around the start of covid they were taking very little to no precautions even when instructed to do so. I would bet this place might have gotten shut down if reported. I can't trust a place that don't put safety first. Only reason for an extra star is they are nicer then most places I hear about.

Chuck the owner has never , since day one, altered from his core business model! Treat patients the way you would want to be treated. Ever since they opened up the doors I had a feeling of hope. When I met the team that I've known since the opened , I felt like I was welcomed. Human. Even if it was our only safe space for a cpl mins a day. While we were in the warmth of riverside, there was a feeling like if these wonderful people , who also have some experience with addiction themselves, could turn around and be apart of something so great maybe there's hope for me yet! The bittersweet part of my trip to riverside once a month, after EARNING my takehomes for the first time ever, is the memories of my sister Misha who was one of the first Patients ever. We lost Her 4 years ago on Christmas night.... As the holidays come and go , love one another! I am greatfull to have staff that knows how far I've come. I now work at Amazon, drive a new car in my name, and I'm actually Raising my own kid's ! Something my sister did for me when I was to far gone to. But I never gave up HOPE! I will never give up hope that places like riverside will keep doing some of the most important work in the world 🌎!

This is the best and safest methadone clinic I've ever heard of!! The Dr nurses n counselors r all amazing and go above and beyond for their clients!! Highly recommend this clinic!!

All the staff at Riverside genuinely care. About all their patients and you are treated like a person instead of just another number, the facility is always clean and I am always in and out of there within a minute or two, this place is very well ran and if you ever have and problems or issues, the staff will be more then happy to work with you, i been on 3 different programs before with riverside being my 4th and I can say without a doubt that riverside is the best place to go for treatment, hands down
